1. Service Overview

GetMii Goods provides online shopping assistance, product discovery, order facilitation, and shipping coordination to and from the Turks and Caicos Islands. All services are subject to availability and communication between the client and GetMii Goods.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear and accurate information (product links, images, and shipping details).
Payment must be made upfront before any orders are processed or parcels shipped.
Clients are responsible for customs fees, duties, and any additional courier charges not included in the agreed-upon quote.

3. Service Fees

All services include a service fee for time, labour, and coordination.
Prices vary based on service type (e.g., local order vs. international shipment).
Fees are non-refundable once services are rendered or orders placed.

4. Shipping Coordination

GetMii Goods is not responsible for courier delays, damages, or lost items once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
Large or freight shipments are not accepted at this time.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed with third-party vendors.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered in cases where a service was not delivered due to an error by GetMii Goods.

6. Appointments

All consultations and service discussions are done online only by appointment.
Missed appointments without prior notice may result in rescheduling fees.

7. Privacy

We value your privacy. Personal information shared with us (addresses, photos, etc.) will only be used to fulfil your request and will not be shared without your consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

GetMii Goods is not liable for damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party retailers or shipping providers.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
