Refund Policy

At GetMii Goods, we aim to provide quality service in assisting with your online shopping and shipping needs. Because our services involve custom order requests and coordination, please review the following refund terms:

 

 

1. Service Fees

All service fees (including product discovery, order placement, and shipping coordination) are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the requested vendor.

 

 

2. Change of Mind or Order Errors

​

Refunds are not available for:

 

  • Change of mind after your request has been submitted

  • Incorrect product links or details provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by third-party sellers, customs, or couriers

 

 

 

3. Item Issues or Damaged Goods

​

If the item you ordered arrives damaged or not as described:

 

  • We will assist you in contacting the seller or platform where the item was purchased.

  • Refunds for the product itself will depend on the seller’s or retailer’s return/refund policy.

  • GetMii Goods is not responsible for product refunds issued by third-party vendors.

 

 

 

4. Cancelling a Service

​

You may cancel a request before payment or order confirmation. Once payment is processed and the order is placed, cancellation is no longer possible.
